Stock rim fitment on '84

What STOCK size/style rims fit in the older SA Trucks/4Runners?

I really like the stock styling and would like to find some of the 4 spoke alloys from 86-95. Will these work? What about the split 3 spoke from the 3rd gens?

I read the other thread regarding backspacing to fit a 12.50 but I would like to know what Toyota rims fit this truck.

I'd like to run a 30x9.50 a 31x10.50 or maybe even a 33x9.50.

I think they will rub on the tie rod end IIRC.

So are the only options to either run an aftermarket wheel or a stock wheel with spacers?

I think you need 1.5 inch spacers to get IFS 86 and later stock Toyota wheels to fit.

IFS wheels are 4-3/4" backspacing, solid axle wheels are 3-3/8" backspacing. Spacers are one option, 1"-1-1/2" is about the right size.
