SR5 Gauge Cluster Question

I was at pic n pull last weekend and found an 84 Toyota SR5 truck, it wasn`t a 4x4 like my truck (my truck is an 85 4x4) but it had the SR5 gauge cluster, so i bought it. i cut the wiring harness off behind the cluster so i could compare it to my wiring harness and its a little different, some of the plugs have an extra wire or two in them. so even though the cluster came from a two wheel drive truck would it still be possible to make it work in my truck ?.

yes it will work. Just be sure to change the oil pressure sender FIRST before installing the cluster
