Speedometer cable to electronic sender

Hello!

I have a 1985 toyota pickup with a 22r and a manual transmission. I'm swapping the motor/trans in to another car, and am replacing all the gauges (non-toyota). I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is a sending unit for the transmission to convert it to electronic? I found a bunch of Sr5 cluster swaps on here, but could quite find any information on what I'm trying to do.

Any help would be appreciated!
