1986 pick-up with 22re wouldnt pass emissions, ( high hc ) , this truck was my younger brothers ( now deceased ) , truck has 387000 miles and has been thru a few engines, still had the original cat on it !!!, replaced cat and HC level went from 673ppm to 15ppm !!!
