85 22re. If it's been sitting all night or for more than 3 hours or so, it takes about 6 seconds of the starting turning it over to keep running. It takes just a few seconds then it runs fine. Only does it when it's been sitting for awhile. Seems like it's losing pressure over time? Thoughts?

I'd recommend check the cold start injector thermoswitch to start with (i've been seeing a bunch that are out of range). If it is giving the ECU the wrong signal, it will cause excessive cranking when cold since it is not turning the cold start injector on (kind of like the choke not working on a carb'ed vehicle).
Since you are right there in the same area, I'd check the ECU temp sender also.
We have a neat-o keen video on youtube on how to test them.

It's easier than it sounds.

I agree with Putney, I have the same problem with mine and found that according to alldata, Toyota has a TSB for the problem

I was just going to wire in a toggle switch for mine but have been lazy so far.
