I have the TG Hysteer and I got the drop pitman. Works flawlessly. I am not sure the applications for a flat pitman.

What shackels did you use for the RUF? I'm gonna be doing the same swap here soon and want the least amount of lift as possible and mucho droop . I have the dropped pitman on my '82 because of the amount of height it has so the rod end doesn't bind up when the axle drops. I don't see how you could go wrong with a dropped pitman, all it will do would bring the lead steering rod down closer to horizontal. My 2 cents.
