check out the FAQ over at pirate offroad

To do rears up front you remove the the overload plates get some new center pins and most folks add a few leafs to get what they want out of them

Overall I decided I'm just saving up for new springs.

I have an extra set of toyota rears and the stocks on my truck (in the rear lol) .. just comparing the two they both have sag issues and general wear..

in all honesty goodluck finding a good pair and finding a second good pair or finding suitable leafes from other truck packs to make a suitable pair LO

also you have to move the the steerbox forward to avoid highsteer interference under flex and move the front mounts forward and down..

eh its all detailed in a million pages at pirate.... like i said im stickn to new springs when I SAS...

The SAS kits from allpro, trailgear and marlin are all proven designs that IMO are worth every penny.

You'll get whatever lift you want to build into the front end:

You'll need a longer front drive shaft and most importantly, a longer travel slip yoke in it. I run approx. 6-7" of slip and have not had it pull apart, but I also have a high pinion front diff. and dual t-cases which makes the shaft longer and sit at less of an angle.

Can I put that shakle on mine and still use my stock front driveshaft?
