Radio out

The radio in my 85 pick up half ton long bed carborated 22r engine is out. Previous to this, I had hooked up the battery cables wrong being an idiot. The truck wouldnt start so I replaced the ICM and an 80A fuse under the hood. So the truck runs now. I also replaced fuses by the kick panel. The radio is out still, any ideas?? Thank you.

If it's an aftermarket radio it probably has a burned fuse on the back. Not sure if stock radios have fuses on the back though.

Pull the radio, locate the power and ground wires on the harness and probe them with the radio disconnected. Attach a temp power and ground to the radio and test it out of the truck, its likely dead because it didn't have a reverse voltage protection diode.
