Picked me up a new project in the winter storm, The sun was smiling on me the next morning for finding such a great ride.

 

This clean '82 pickup pulled up next to me early yesterday morning at a nearby gas station. No rust, owner says it has less than 60,000 miles. Made a new friend.

 

This is exactly what I want my '85 to look like, with the addition of the SR5 stripes. That's a beautiful truck!

 

it's functonal in the fact that it vents hot air out from under the hood. but it doesn't feed cold air to the motor.

After a year and a half of searching, I finally found this clean 1985 on ebay. The owner lived only a few miles from my house!

It's a little more modified than I was looking for, but I couldn't pass up a rust free frame!

Here is our old 85 4Runner EFI. We dont have it anymore. I sooo wish we did though.

My 2, the blue one got really hot and broke something, it has a 5 speed, the red one is automatic, has 20k on new engine.

I'm planning on doing a 3" body lift, painting it Electric Blue, and changing the entire interior from Tan to Black. I'm also gonna add some Electric Blue accents to some of the trim on the inside too. Oh and can't forget the 33" knobbies.
