Hey is there anywhere i can buy a new Oil Filler cap and a new Dipstick for my 85 carbed 22R? I know this is kinda retarded but I cant beleve i did this... i took off my cap for an additive forgot to put it back on(thoght that only happend to gas caps...) but is there an Advance replacement?

 

you can get a generic cap at any parts store, probably have to go to the dealer or a junkyard for a dipstick.

 

Some auto parts stores may be able to get one. If not, I think the dealer charged me $7 for a new oil cap.

 

did you look for it? maybe its stuck to the hood.
generic dip sticks available, but correct length is needed

 

I just cant beleve i did that, not to mention i drove it like that for about 10 Miles... ARGGGGG.... im determinded to blow it up!!!

 

I did the same thing to my 22R and I've tried to find a replacement at all the usual autoparts stores, but none of them fit. They are all too small. Everything is stock on the engine. Did they make them in different sizes?
