Finally got my 1985 4runner running. I wasn't really working on it during the summer but today we checked (my dad and me) the #1injector for voltage. Then we checked the sensors on the thermostat housing for resistance (ohms). Then the solinoild resistor or whatever it's called for ohms. I guess taking the connectors off must of got some corrision on the connectors beacause it wasn't working before. Oh btw I added a 87 efi 22r motor setup to it. I also checked that relay on the drivers side by the fuse box. the main relay i beileve it's called. When u turn the key it should click or feel it ingage. Do u guys have to push the clutch cancel switch to get it to start ever time? Tommorrow I'm going to tighten and seal all the loose ends. Have to check the valves and timing again and mess recheck the idle. It sounds cool too i cut out the old exhaust and installed a glasspack. I installed that beacuse it's got a low profile and it's cheap. Hopefully i'll get it drivable by the weekend.
