no power

whats up all?this is my first post and naturally i am posting about a problem.

first off i will tell ya what i have
85 standard cab sr5
22re
5spd
4wd

the original engine overheated and cracked the head,so i figured instead of A)buying a questionable used head or B)throwing down money for a new one i figured i would buy a good running complete engine.
turns out all i could find was a 22r from a 92 2wd.
so i did the efi swap and all went well, the truck runs and idles but has no power, when i try to pull out it bogs way down and eventually goes.

with the engine swap i had to change a few things other than the efi, since the 22r that went in was from a bare bones truck i had to change the crank pulley to have power steering.........would the timing marks be diff. between the two different pulleys?
i had to change the distributor out and while i am pretty sure i have it right it seems like the timing is the problem

if anyone has any ideas im pretty stumped
oh yeah,i put new plugs in it and new plug wires
and also the truck ran with good power(despite the head)before i changed it out
is it possible i need an efi camshaft?
please help

If I remember correctly I ordered the same clutch kit for my 4wd as my neighbors 2wd.

ok i drove it about 10 miles earlier and it seems to be improving(slightly)

my question is if the flywheel had LIGHT surface rust on it(it was inside my garage the whole time, but i guess there is still moisture in the air)how long would it take to wear off?
just sucks cause the clutch was practically brand new and so was the flywheel it just sat in my garage while i was awaiting parts to finish the motor
