mystery squeal

I have a mystery squeal on startup. I've replaced the p/s belt and the bearing in the idler pulley, but it's still squealing on startup. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the p/s since it squealed for a couple weeks before the belt got thrown, and after it was thrown the squeal stopped. So what else would be making a squeal and only on startup? Would a p/s pump squeal?

I should have added that I replaced the belt before the bearing. It would squeal a little. I tightened it up some more and it seemed to squeal more. That's what led me to think it was the bearing in the first place.
