Hey mountaineertom, can you do me a favor? I need to know a couple minor details about parts locations on your son's 4Runner. I was hoping for a close up of the rear cargo lamp and also all of the buttons and switches to the left of the steering wheel (rear deck lamp, etc.) And lastly, if you could tell me what the five dummy lights are that light up on the dash before startup.
I'm converting my 84 xcab to a 4Runner body and want all of the factory knick knacks.. THanks!

Just inside the cab would be fine, but now that I think about it... if you could snap a photo of the washer fluid tank and pump for the rear window... that'd be super. PLus whatever plugs go to it. How does the washer fluid hose run up to the washer spray in the top? Adn where does the electrical for the rear wiper plug into between the top and the sheetmetal shell?
If you could find out... that'd really help. I appreciate it

Here you go, hope this helps. If you need other angles or anything, just let me know.
The rear window fluid bag. It always makes me think of an IV bag.

Rear cargo light. We tapped into it and added another light from Advance Auto Parts in the recessed area of the rear wiper motor cover. 50 million times brighter than the factory cargo light.

These are the only two factory switches that are to the left of the steering column. I made a panel and have the winch switch and a regular lighted rocker switch for future use in the little cubby hole below the left a/c vent.

The tube and wiring for the rear wiper and sprayer run behind the plastic side panel, into the fiberglass topper and on to the wiper and sprayer nozzle. The disconnect where the body and topper meet. The black connector is one I added for that other rear cargo light I added.

I swapped the original cluster for the SR5 version with the tach. The cluster with the tach does have a check engine light.
