So here is my rig. Bought it for 300 bucks 10 years ago with 128K. Needed a piston, so I rebuilt the engine. Now it has 188K. Just realizing how lucky I am to come across one in this condition. and fully loaded too...Finally pumping some money into it, as my STi is finished. Just rebuilt the front knuckles with the Marlin Crawler Kit, Put in a new clutch and re-sealed the rear diff / axle seals. Over the years Ive done the brakes and general maintenance to keep it runnin' I have to say this truck is pretty awesome. AC blows ice cubes, and the cruise control still works (not that i use it) all the interior lights, power windows, sunroof -everything is functioning. I love to take this thing wheelin' and I never leave it behind when I go camping. I will put up some proper pics soon... Next up for my rig is getting the bed rino lined, and wrapping it in 3m Matte green paint with black SR5 stripes.

Yeah thats a crummy iphone pic. Some Proper ones coming soon...Im in the Bay Area. Planning a trip up your way in a few weeks. Somewhere up in the Sierras.

 

If you can find a random dirt road out here go for it, as long as there aren't any signs.
Im actually in Cazadero for most of the year. There are some really good fire roads around there to go play around on.
