very nice looking 4Runner.
only suggestion would be to get a can of flat black and do something about that overspray on the frame (looks like you took care of it on the springs and shackles)
IMO the overspray takes away a lot from a quality looking truck

you could exchange them for a shorter shock, or run them angled in like / \
if you do that though, your able to fit a longer shock for more travel, but lose dampening efficiency, more body roll etc.

I'm not sure but that Sky kit looks like it works with a body lift.
Without rear bumpstops you are sure to damage those shocks bottomming out. Don't try to catch any air or compress the rear suspension until you get some correct length bumpstops, shorter shocks or relocate the shock mounts.
