intermitant engine miss under load

intermitant engine miss under load
at first take off it runs good but at about 15 mph and up the engine develops a intermitant miss. no codes and all secondary ignition components are new. no vacum leaks and i also tested for a blown headgasket and it passed. i canot get it to miss by power braking only seems to act up at 15 mph and up
