Help with spring hangars.....

I am finally installing a new suspension, and I cannot get the rear-front spring hanger bolt out. It will spin, but it will not come out; not even a millimeter (enough to get a wedge/flathead screwdriver under it). I have tried PB blaster, a hammer, busted a C clamp....nothing. Any ideas would be very appreciated as I'd really like to get this thing moving tonight!

Thanks,
Brett

Torch it as those bolts usually "bond" to the bushings and won't come out without destroying them.

Ok, I torched the hell out of the bushings, tried the saw (and I'm not even scoring the bolt. THe head wont separate from it's side of the hanger. This is killing me... I'm so frustrated!!! Anyone on Parker, CO have a mobile plasma cutter...I've got $40 for whoever can come by and cut these off......
