Hey guys just saw this popped back up. I thought I updated this thread but I guess I forgot! It turned out that my Gas Tank had a ton of sludge in it that was collecting on the pickup sock, and in the fuel filter very quickly. I eventually figured this out when a can of Berryman's B-10 fixed the problem. I used it to hopefully clear out something obstructing the carb and the truck ran great. It was never the carb causing the problem though, it was foreign material in the fuel lines and filter themselves that was temporarily dissolved by the putting that solvent in the fuel tank.

Once I dropped the tank and saw how bad it was it all made sense. I cleaned it out and replaced the filter and never had another problem. Thank you all for your help and suggestions.
