Help ID some unusual parts on 84 2wd

my family has acquired an 84 2wd and it has some strange to us options. We've owned 5 84-88 trucks and haven't seen either these wheels or the bumper. Could someone ID these parts? Looks to be factory equipment but after hours of searching, cannot find matches.

Wheels are 15" with some beefy hubs. Bumper is got a tow ball and wiring for trailer and is well mounted to frame.

After using various internet decoders,
http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/faq/vin/
http://www.off-road.com/trucks-4x4/p...ion-18588.html

I'm running the VIN along with Trim code, axle code, transmission code on under hood placard, I'm getting results like the truck to be a 4runner and also showing it to have 4x4 and also a 5 speed. It has neither of those. It shows also a 4.10 gear which would make sense with the tow pack it has. Try it yourself or run your own truck. I can only surmise that the truck rolled out of the assembly plant with an identity crisis! BTW, it has a pass-through camper shell. Maybe it was a custom Camper Special??

Anyone seen these?

Pretty sure those are early Ford Ranger wheels.
As for the bumper IDK.
I do like the truck (just not the wheels)

I'd agree to that as well, they do look like the Ford Ranger wheels.

And from the main site: http://www.copart.com/c2/homeSearch....SEARCH_RESULTS

For the rear bumper, I'd say aftermarket. The Toyota stock bumpers had an open, empty space for where the license plate would go. I've never seen a stock bumper block the area where the license plate would bolt to the body.

The bumper is definitely aftermarket. My 1987 2wd has a very similar one.

I would guess either aftermarket, or possibly that same Ranger that's missing wheels. In the second pic down, which shows the bumper, it doesn't appear that the bumper recesses under the truck as it was designed to for whatever it's supposed to fit.
