Half Doors / Fiberglass Top

Tools:
Paint Brush
Utility Knife
Sheet Metal Cutters (?)

Materials:
Acetone
Fiberglass Resin
Fiberglass Cloth or Mat
Liquid Hardener
Duct Tape
Plastic Container
Junk Doors

***Fiberglass does not bond with the duct tape. You use it to cover what ever your mold is so that you can just lay the fiberglass right over it and pull the ductape off after it hardens.

Doors cut down to desired design...

Form card board to the shape you need and cover in duct tape...

I out-lined a rough edging on the door so that I could trace it onto the fiberglass later...

Fiberglass being laid...

Thanks... I could have spent alot more time on them but I personally don't care to much about the looks. I smoothed them out a little with bondo but they are deff. still on the ruff side. They should serve their purpose well though...

I added some simple sliding latches to the outside of the door and mounted the mirrors. It's not the flashiest of setups but I didn't feel like trying to use the orignal guts to come up with something else.

It's done... I have to find the other photo with the latches and the mirrors. I thought I uploaded it but I'll try it again when I get home tomorrow...
