i was drivin down the road yesterday and noticed this bad boy. its a 4cyl sr5 and it has the sfa so its eithe a 84 or 85 right? anyways the frame is solid with jsut minor surface rust, no rust on body, great interior and nothin wrong mechanically. it runs like a top. okay the bad: the shocks are about rusted into, needs new tires, and it has 221,000 on the clock. guy said he wants $1200 but he said he needs the money so he'll consider any offers. im about 97% sure i can get it for $800. does this sound like a deal to u guys? should i try and get it or what? but it does has some dents and dings but nothin major. and comes with 2 extra doors. why he has them.. i dont know

sounds like a good deal to me i am in texas and paid 2k for mine and the bed was pretty rusty...are the knuckles leaking? i just rebuilt mine it cost like 160 or so for the seals and bearings from marlin.

 

nope everything, from the best i coudl tell is good. it drives like a brand new truck

so you gys are petty much tellin me to go for it huh. good cuz thats what i was thinkin . if im lucky enoufh to get it itll be a trailrig. and the fla tbed is jsut awesome. plus it new, homemade, but new. i felt like a mexican that jsut got over the border when i seen the frame wasnt ate out.
