I just got of the phone with STC who makes soft tops for the LC and 4Runners. Seems the owner sold the business to somebody else, they are planning on moving the shop out of Denver and will be out of commission for 8-10 weeks.

I was just calling to get some spare parts for my top but they are all packed up for the move. Seems that the landlord kept raising the rent and they just sold the company. Once the new owners are up and running they will most likely redirect the STC website link.

This not only affects us but all of the other wheelers like Broncos and old Blazers. A shame to see this happen.:pat:

 

What spare parts are you looking for?

 

I was looking for the little hard plastic part that fits on teh rods that slide into the truck. Also I wanted to see if they would sell just a top without the hardware, mine is pretty ragged. Thing is I really want a Can Back but need to put mu money into the lift/tires first.

If you know of any one parting one out let me know, I may be able to buy some.
