Tried everything and cant get a good seal between the FI and fuel line. Holes lined up everything looks good but when I crank it ovee just spews around the fuel line. Even tried gasket sealant.

 

I had that issue when the wire harness connection was pulled too tight. I had to re-run the harness so it laid down without tension. Also, don't forget the new upper o-rings on the injectors. Only a couple bucks at AutoZone. Lube them with fuel before installing back the rail.
