Extra wiring plug on driver's side dash?
I'm reassembling my 85 long bed and have come across some wiring I can't ID. It comes out of the main harness behind the cluster and shares a sleeve for 6" or so with the wires that go to the rheostat for the dash lights. It terminates in a white plastic plug, 7 wires. Red, White/Black, Light Green/Red, Light Green, Light Green/Black, Brown/Yellow, and Brown/Black. It's an SR5 (or gold package) truck with a tach. I looked at my 4runner and wiring diagrams, the plug doesn't match to cruise, clutch interlock, auto trans, power side mirrors, winch, deck lamp, auto trans, or anything else I can trace. The R/G wire is ignition hot, W/B is ground, the rest are mysteries. I seem to recall it was just tucked into the dash when I took the truck apart. Any ideas what the original intent was?
