the reason for the metal flake in my oil is from the recent timing chain replacement i did, the driver side chain guide broke and the chain was so lose i could of easily skipped a few teeth thats why i think its either the oil pump or the rod bearings, the motor only has 90000 miles on resurfaced heads

Anyone find the problem?

I am encountering a similar problem and if you would get back to what it was it would be great!

it certainly wouldn't hurt to readjust your valves and always when you're changing oil make sure your oil filter has an anti drainback valve...
