Emissions Removal Questions

I just pulled the motor on my 84. It was all stock except for a weber carb. I am currently rebuilding it and was wondering what I do not need to hook up for the emissions equipment since it is not mandatory where I live. I am wanting to put on a stock carb as well if that matters.

You can remove everything except the vacuum advance lines, and you would be better off keeping the webber carb because it will give you better performance, and from what ive read here better gas mileage. The stock carb requires alot of vacuum lines to be hooked up for it to operate properly, thats one reason why the webber is a better choice.
