Diff breather caps

Diff breather caps
Does anyone know where you can get differential breather caps for the ends of the breather hoses? My son's doesn't have one on the rear and we're going to add a long hose for the front and I want to put a breather cap on it too.
Thanks.
Thanks.

If you are looking for the original toyota ones, you have to go through the dealer, and the part number for it is 90930-03031(type with the threads) and90930-03136(type to put on the end of a hose).
After market kits are:

A search on YOTATECH led me to this thread:

There are many different ideas out there. I still run the toyota ones, but the one that trail gear sells looks like a cool, smart idea because you don't have to worry about any water getting in it. Anyone ever run it? And pros/cons to it?

A filter of some sort is preferable to the stock breather. Why? The breather is designed to let hot air out (good thing) but not let air in when the axle cools. This can cause problems if you drive into deep water long enough to cool the axle off. This causes a vacuum to form inside the axle and that could cause water to get sucked in past a seal. With an open filter, air can flow in and out to equalize the pressure in the axle hot or cold.

I've heard of someone clamping see-through hose to the original fitting, running into the bed or next to the filler neck, and clamping on a fuel filter at the end. Sounds like it'd work.. filter... flow... CHEAP

Thanks, i was looking for the push in type that goes on the end of a hose, but I might try a small filter if I can find one.
My ATV has the same thing as the kit at trail gear. I've had no problems with it since I got the ATV in 2002.

Ok, I got 2 new 1/4 barbed unions (p/n 90404-51026) to put in the diff housings. Should thread tape be used on these, or does it seal up good without it?
I had also ordered 2 push in breather caps (p/n 90930-03136, 5/16 barbed end) for the ends of the hoses, but may end up using the small filters instead.
Thanks for all the tips.
