I'm looking at replacing the cylinder head on my 22RE. Curious what people are doing in 2024, a lot of the old threads recommend retailers that aren't operating anymore or are sold out. Looking for an OEM reman or a good new casting. What have you installed and how long have you been running it?

 

What is wrong with yours?
Do you have a local machine shop to check it out and quote a valve job?

 

Head gasket or cracked head I haven't pulled it yet. I'd go with a rebuild if it's feasible but seeing what options are there if its cracked.
