Couple pics from the weekend
We went to Kelly Flats outside Ft. Collins, CO again this weekend to have some fun in the chutes and to see how much more clearance my new dove nose job yielded. Great company, weather, and no breakage!
All lined up- Newly built 88 4runner, SAS'd, 4.375 gears. 34x9 TSLs, 4.70 transfer case, fully locked, then Tyler's 85 Xtra Cab, 5.71 gears, 36x12.50 TSLs, fully locked (push pull, yikes!), 4.70 Xfer case, internal cage with exo rear cage, then my 84 truggy, 5.29s, fully locked, dual cases, 34x10.50 TSLs, full exo with minimal bed and new dove nose front end
The winch line was just to keep me from going backwards, it actually didn't even work. To get over the rock I ended up hi-lifting the right side of the truck over enough to get 2 wheels on rock again, then punched it. It was awesome, I just wish we had video.
