Coolant in Oil pan & Shotty Valve/Timing job

Hi guys, recently bought an '84 Pickup 22R (4WD, Manual) with 116k original miles. The seller had receipts for some semi recent work, including valve/timing gaskets, camshaft/crank sprocket, timing chain, tensioner, guides, etc.

However after a closer look, I found a coolant leak from on the radiator, and a few oil leaks on the oil pan plug/gasket AND another right upfront, on top of the timing cover, under the head gasket. I ran some coolant UV through the radiator and ran the truck for about 20min until it started getting close to overheating and when I got back, I noticed that the front leak was not only oil but a mixture of coolant, oil, and UV dye. I checked the oil pan and the leak from the plug and gasket were also slightly shiny from the dye. I took a closer look and whoever did the gaskets beforehand did an incredibly ˟˟˟˟ty job--Im seeing a lot grey sealant all around the head and timing gasket as if they tried to plug a leak.

As for the truck, I had planned to do a full fluid flush but that's taken a back seat until I can get this sorted. I'd appreciate any feedback on what I should do first. The truck sometimes takes a minute to start up--I can feel the engine turn a few times and I can hear some sort of spray from the engine bay but once gets going and warms up, I've had no issues getting it to highway speeds (Before I knew the coolant was getting in the oil).

TLDR: Coolant and Oil leaks (Radiator, Oil Pan, & Valve/Head Gasket). Put UV Dye in the radiator, turns out the oil leaks have traces of coolant and UV dye. Took a look at gaskets and theres a lot of shotty work with grey silicone sealant all around the gasket areas. What do?

I'll work on getting pics. Oil is showing no milky color from dipstick. Will drain some oil from the pan to a glass and see if Its milky--maybe theyre mixing outside?

- Update Bump -

Took an oil sample from the oil pan. The oil looks dark and dirty but not creamy. I checked the dip stick but the oil is looks clear (in-fact, it looks clean). I went ahead and did a compression test and got the following results: 158, 152, 165, 155.
Next step is to do a radiator/coolant pressure test to see if I can spot the bigger leaks but Im open to any other suggestions. I'm starting to think the oil/coolant leak is happening outside since there are multiple coolant leaks. I also dont know but maybe someone added UV to the Oil at some point?

You want a reliable truck??? RnR head gasket n timing cover, oil pan, and timing components as disassembly inspection suggests prudent.

Couple r three hundred in high quality parts, if you can do your own work.

$$$ Skys the limit if you rely on any mechanic, and there's no guarantee of good work, no matter what you pay.
