I was driving the 85 pickup and started to notice that the transmission was shifting a little rough. When i turn the truck off, or put it the tcase in neutral, the transmission shifts fine. Once i got it home, I pulled it into the garage and realized that even with pushing the clutch in the truck still seemed to be in gear. Do I just have a bad clutch?

 

sounds like what mine was doing. the clutch disc was stuck engaged. i replaced the clutch, and it ran just fine.
