Burning oil but how?

I recently replaced all gaskets and seals on my 20r engine. Got the head resurfaced and cleaned and replaced all of the valve stem seals.

I now lose about a quart of oil every 50 miles or so. There's not a constant stream of blue smoke coming out, but when I gas it hard a few times you can see a small cloud of blue smoke.

When I am downshifting and coming to a stop you can see blue smoke coming out as well.

I did a compression test and here's the numbers.

Cylinder 1: 135
Cylinder 2: 135
Cylinder 3: 120
Cylinder 4: 130

When I put a small amount of oil down cylinder #3 the compression jumps up to 130.

I was thinking I had a cracked ring on 3 but when I check the spark plugs, none of them have any sign of burning any oil. They are a light tanish color like they should be.

Any thoughts on what else I can check? There's no leaks whatsoever.

its gonna be worse after the valve stem seals. The new found compressions gotta go some where and your rings are the weekest link. Sounds like its time for a bottom end rebuild.
