gotta q are the injectors located in the cylinder head or is there a fuel rail that the injectors connect to and goes into the plenum

injectors are in the lower intake manifold/plenum and are fed by a fuelrail running down the middle of the intake. The fuel pump block off plate will be an issue. the neck for the thermostat housing on the 22re runs right where the mechanical fuel pump mounts for the 22r. Either swap the block off plate between the heads along with everything else, or buy one from an auto parts store. The domestic plates can be had for a few dollars and by reaming the holes out a little, will fit the toyota head just fine. I've ran one like this for years.

You can use the stock computer, the computer for the transmission is located below the dash in front of the shifter, just unplug it, all you will need to do to get it to start once everything is swapped it to jumper the neutral saftey switch wires.

for the 5 speed to work your eithe gunna have to switch the computers and block off all the plug ins you dont need or jumper the neutral switch

Is there anyone in the central pa are that can help with a 85 efi engine harness and vacuum lines I'm in need of assistance since I'm picking up on what someone left off. If you can please let me know. Pics of your rigs connectors and plugs and vac lines will he'lp a lot also
