Aftermarket radio, factory anti theft?

Aftermarket radio, factory anti theft?
Okay so 95 4runner, dealership papers and owners manual says it comes with radio anti theft, i was going for a JVL apple carplay radio. would o still be able to plug it into the factory amp? how would i bypass the anti theft? any way i could get rid of the anti theft?
