Ac or heater blower?

Ac or heater blower?

I dont know if its the ac or heater blower on the passenger side. But how in the hell do you get the flap out the sponge crap on mine is flaking off all over the place. Thanks for any info

the sponge crap is the seal around the flap, right? that flap controls whether you pull air from the vents below the windshield or air from inside the cabin. You'll have to disassemble most of the dash to get it out.

I respectfully disagree. That flap which you speak of can be reached by removing the blower motor, at most. THis simply requires a few connections being removed and three or four bolts into the firewall. Possibly one vertical bolt into the "under dash impact bar" as I like to call it.
