85 with after market rim and stud question

Gotta quick question for anyone willing to answer. I have an 85 SR5 with aftermarket rims. They have the spacers in front so the studs are short. Is there a good solution for this? Can I use a stud with a shorter shoulder and then use a space in place of the missing shoulder? Finally-can I remove the studs without pulling the rotor? More than one question, I know, but any help would help. Thanks.

Get the proper, bolt on spacers.

Some magazine did an article a while back.... It may have been about ARP, or possibly a shop (I don't know which) that showed how to use a certain long lug stud from a Lexus I think.

You have to remove the rotor/hub assembly to gain access to studs.

^This. Ditch them and get real ones or do a Landcrusher hub swap.
