84 Toyota Brake Problems!!!

Hello everyone, I am fairly new to the forum and I am in desperate need of some help with a brake problem. I replaced both rear brake cylinders and brake shoes. I blead the brakes about three times starting from the furtherest away from the master cylinder and they still felt "spongie". I cannot see any signs of brake fluid leaking anywhere. Also I notice that as the brakes are pumped, they don't seem like any pressure will build up, the pedal will creep down? Driving it, it will still stop and even lock up the front tires, but the pedal still will slowly creep to the floor. My initial thought was that the master cylinder is bypassing, but after talking to the guy at the auto parts store he suggested the brake booster? Can anyone please help me with this?

Thanks
