22re runs great for 5 mins... Then.....

I have just finished rebuilding a 1985 Toyota SR5. I have replaced about everything!! The truck just passed emissions with flying colors. Now, after driving the truck for about 5 mins, come to a stop, then go to start again the truck just chugs! I put it into first gear and it jerks forward while it chugs, then into 2nd and the same thing. I get the truck home and pull the codes and get nothing. After the truck sits for a few mins, it starts up and runs fine for about 5 mins, then the same thing happens again. If I throw anymore cash right now my wife will kill me! I just had a new LC clutch put in right before emissions too, timing is perfect as well. New TPS, all new injectors, pistons, cam, radiator. The thing looks great, it just falls apart after a few miles. I am new to the forum and posting for help here seems to be my best option. Anyone?

Thanks
Jason

Could be you have the EGR modulator plumed wrong and it may be opening at idle, once the engine warms up and that will certainly bog down the engine. Quick check, plug the line from the modulator to the EGR. If that helps, check the other vacuum lines per the FSM emissions section.

Do you mean the hose on the bottom of the modulator? The vacuum lines seem to be in order. Should I plug this hose and then drive around to see if the problem still occurs? By "plumed" you mean that the lines are connected wrong? Are EGR's known to go bad?
