22re Crankshaft bolt replacement

I am in the process of replacing my front oil seal. The crankshaft bolt now has a rounded head, and needs to be replaced. Is this something I need from the dealer or can my local bolt shop replace it?

Probably best to get one from Toyota. It is a high grade bolt with a flanged head , probably extra fine thread that would be hard to match anyway.
