I have a 1985 2wd 22r base truck with a five speed. I replaced the radiator back in '03, now it looks to be leaking near the top portion (as evidenced from the coolant on the radiator and splattered nearby.) I'm tempted to see about getting an OEM Toyota one, but they ain't cheap! I just want one that is not going to give up the ghost so soon. I think the one I bought may have been a Chinese one from Pep Boys... I was trying to contain costs back in '03 when I bought it. Now, I'm just concerned with quality, with keeping costs at least somewhat reasonable. This is a rebuilt 22r, factory exhaust manifold, cheesy NAPA exhaust parts, Offenhauser single plane intake, Weber 32/36 carb, LCE billet air cleaner, LCE emissions elimination equipment. I've bled too much money on this beast recently, and after finding this leak, I think I may blow my own gasket! Anyone know of quality aftermarket radiators made in Japan, USA, Canada, or Europe for the 22r?

Visit a local rad. shop.....lifetime warranty....mine's still holding after ten yrs.....thinking it's a Modine. $150
