22R+Offy+Weber jet help

Anybody running a Weber 32/36 on a 22R that can give me what jets you are running at your altitude?
I have a 22R, header, Offy, Weber and MSD ignition. I live at 7500ft and it looks like this stuff was set up on this 4Runner in CA (lots of CARB stickers and the PO mentioned CA). This thing is running too rich and its killing my power (like a 22R has some to spare) and milage (getting around 17mph at 60mph on the highway).
I just need a starting point so I can make an edumacted guess.

THANKS!

Stinky

Im in the same boat, Ive got a Weber 38/38 on my 22R that runs too rich and I have tried tuning it with some improvements, but I still think I should be getting better mileage at the very least. Does anyone out there have some tuning tips?

a jet pak from carbs unlimited runs around $50 or so. you may want to go leaner than what's in the box though, so i'd give some shops that know their stuff a call(top end performance etc)
