1985 1 Ton brake problem

Master cylinder bit the bullet. No big deal. I replaced it now I am not getting any fluid to the rear wheel cylinders. I have fluid to the LSPV but not out of it. Question: Does/can the LSPV get stuck and completely shut the flow of fluid off through it? I guess I answered my own question by saying it has good pressure into it but nothing out.
Just figured I'd ask some of the folks here that are more experienced in such problems as to a solution....yeah, I know, replace it. Any other possibilities?

Thanks.

This might be a stupid question, but you did bleed the master cylinder and brake system when doing all this, right?

Yes. Master cylinder is bled. Front brakes are good. Fluid is getting to LSPV but not through it. If it does not get through it the rear brakes cannot be bled.

Stupidity is my calling at times...right now trying to figure out how to delete the other post concerning this.

Also I did bleed the LSPV and no air coming from it...just no fluid coming out of the LSPV to the wheel cylinders. I guess I'll pull it off tomorrow and figure it out on my own.

Just to update this thread. I got a LSPV from Pull a Part for less than $10 and it fixed the problem. Brakes work good as new now!!!
