1984 arb bumper to a 1998

hi i have a 1998 tacoma with camburg coilovers and shackels in the back. im running 33's. i found a arb bumper for a 1984 yota truck. i was wondering how hard it would be to make that fit my 1998. are the widths different? how much different are the frame horns and mounts? thanks.

Also the grill heights are different. I found this out when I tried to take the bumper I made for my 89 pickup and mount it on my 85 4runner. It wasn't even close, so I have to fab a new one.
