Wipers won't seat when off

When I turn the wipers off they stay wherever they are on the windshield at the time, they don't seat at the bottom.
Any ideas on this ?
Switch or relay ?

Mine do the same thing. I've just gotten good at stopping them at the bottom. Not sure on the Toyota, but I know GM has a dead spot in the wiper motor that makes them park. I think the motor and the switch have to work together for the wipers to park correctly. I'd have to check the wiring and the way the power is distributed to the wiper motor at shut down to give you a better answer.

Finally got around to getting this problem solved. Turns out my wiper relay was missing! Now I have proper function at all speeds and the wipers seat when turned off. I found a good used one on ebay for $30.00. Moral of the story: check the relay first, it's located on the passenger side under the glove box near the door.
