My restoration timing just got off.
My tank was supposed to take a lot longer to get restored and shipped back. I just found out it is on it's way back and will be here Wednesday! Yay..I'm happy bout that.
BUT>>>I had taken the dash off and taking it tomorrow to a shop to be sprayed back to the original blue.
It won't be back until next week.
Now, is there any reason that my 81 won't start and run when we get the tank back and installed, if the dash isn't there?
I mean, there's no ignition wires or anything disconnected.
I know that probably sounds like a stupid question...but I ain't skeered to ask a stupid question.

Yea, I'm ready to get something finished. LOL. I got pieces and parts everywhere and just hanging in limbo.
I neeeeed to get to square 1.
to me, square 1 will be her running again and that begins with a tank not full of rust.
