I have an 86 parts 4runner that has an aftermarket steering stabilizer...Does anyone know if it will fit an 84? I already have new shocks/lift kit for my 84 but it would be nice to have an aftermarket stabilizer on there too.

Sorry not much more help than that.

I know you could always go with one from Marlin trail gear or similar places that are a quick weld in and go. Personaly I dont run them cause they work against you on the trail slightly

 

really? I mostly just use mine in the mud (no rockcrawling) but thought it could only benefit for offroading?

 

Its more like when pinched against a tree rock or stump that makes it more difficult and puts some stress on the steering if that makes sence. I mean its really not much but they are more usefull for street driving helping with steering play!
