Chains are good. I have them for all 4. 10° seems reasonable to me, I think I run 8-12°.

a Winch would be good and they are nice, but a come-a-long would save you a few pretty pennies

i have 32s and i do just find even before the recent elocker in the rear. the locker does help alot. i see more jeeps on 31s on the trails than yota so if jeeps can do it i dont see why you couldnt. since you have a 2 inch lift and a SA already, why not jump up to 33s
heres mine on 32s

I wheeled my 94 for three years with 31x10.5 mud brutes and went everywhere my friends did with build trucks. But I also made some beefier skids for the t-case and ifs structure. I had no lift at all, but it had stock 4.88 diffs. I never had to get pulled out, I even had the pleasure of tugging out a cj with 35s in the snow though.

I also have a 83 longbed well ok a no bed on 31s and two inch lift. I take it almost everywhere the bigger rigs go. I just may need a few more pulls.
Ummmm, Why?

Ya, been using this rig as a skidder for 3-4 years now... In that time, I have prolly yanked 40 cord with it! This year however, I finally blew my transfer Almost 300k miles, and no oil in the transfer will do that I guess. Found a used transfer for $100, w only 110k miles, so she'll be yanking logs again in no time

Thats noot bad, I think the 94 is set at 12*, and the 93 I have bumped up to 20*, ya just gotta mess with it a bit and see what ur rig likes best, mine likes 20* but yours may not, just keep turining it up a lil at a time, then drive it, when she starts pinging under load, its time to turn it back down.

Hey Team420, what kind of mileage are you getting with 20*? I have an '89 3vze/auto and it feels like it's bogged down but I've heard that 20* will kill your mileage. Not that I'm doing great now. (10-11 in town @ 10*)
