Want to share this cool find. 1983 Sales brochure

Appears to be an original 1983 Pickup Sales brochure and a few vintage patch hats, which I would presume are from the same era.

If anyone else wants to nerd out like me - I can take photos of each page... but figured I'd share a few including the specs page.

Can't not include the photo of the Creme and Terracotta like the one I own...

Outstanding. It has pleasantly reminded me of the day I bought mine and that "new car smell". Thanks!

Yes please more pics, I've already saved the ones you posted.

I had to chuckle at the "impressive 130ft/lbs of torque"!

Same. This book has already reminded me that my '83 does not have the standard skid plates that all 4x4 models came with. Likely because it was removed to weld in the winch and towbar a long time back.

I'd love to some how make posters of these, but I am not sure they'd come out exactly like I would want them. I would also probably get a friendly C&D from Toyota.

Anyway, here are the pages... Enjoy.

Just get a frame these fit into open, and turn the page every month or so..

As cool as these are it’s also depressing.

We are stuck with 50 to 100k dollar trucks and runners now, that aren’t very cool.

my opinion of course but man do miss old school stuff.

Thanks man. I remember some of those pictures now.

I laughed at the three guys stuffed in the cab of the 2WD and the load of paving bricks in the bed.

Guilty as charged…except it was a child seat in the middle & a couple 350Xs. 😳 (Sorry for the 1988 Polaroid pic)
