transmission pics please

i need a picture of the side of the L43 transmission....where all the shifter stuff is...i need to know how the shifter stick actually hooks up to the transmission...thanks

i might be able to get you some pics of an L52 me and a friend rebuilt last month, on that particular transmission the shifter actually hooked up on top and the linkage consisted of 5 shift rails in an overhead body with ball and spring detents in it.

i think only the L43 and L45 shifted on the side like mine..
in my recent carnage (see thread SCREWED AND TATTOOED) most everything under the cab was decimated...so i need pics of that VERY soon...i will take pics of what im missing if somebody needs them..

yea...i need to know how my shifter stick inside my cab...hooks up to that pin sticking out of the side of that L43

c'mon guys a need some pics like...2 days ago..i know some of you guys have cameras...just take a picture of your transmission...from the passenger side...i need to know how the shifter hooks up to the transmission

I would but I have an L52 5spd, doubt it would be the same.. last time I checked the shifter went into the top of the tranny.. I have another one laying here that has some kind of side brackets but no linkage hooked up so thats probably no help either.

BUMP!...come on you guys..somebody help me out..please...dang..i know plenty of people have the L43 4spd...i need a pic of the shifter from underneath the truck...come on...help me out here...i want this stuff done by this weekend...(the fixing of my truck..since my carnage)

the best i could do laying in the mud, its a little tougher getting a good shot now sine i took the body lift off yesterday, hope this is what ur looking for?
